As a Verification Analyst, you’ll be the frontline in safeguarding customer transactions through thorough verification, accurate communication, and smart fraud prevention. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, ensure timely resolution of cases, and support operational improvements with every interaction.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • Educational Attainment: At least college level
  • Experience Required: 2–3 years in BPO (handling any accounts)
  • Hiring Preferences:
  • With outbound calls experience
  • At least one year of experience working at the most recent company

Your Daily Tasks

  • Conduct customer verification inquiries through voice and non-voice channels
  • Respond to customer and supplier verification inquiries (inbound and outbound)
  • Assist the CSM team with customer vetting, qualification, setup, escalations, and service recovery
  • Complete frontline work activities within agreed timeframes
  • Suggest cost-effective solutions to improve processes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve optimal customer and business outcomes
  • Participate in training and development programs for professional growth
  • Maintain attendance and punctuality according to team and customer expectations
  • Follow safety protocols and report any issues
  • Use workplace tools effectively to perform duties and prevent customer fraud
  • Handle support tasks via phone and email for customers and suppliers
  • Contribute to achieving company budget targets
  • Identify and generate new business leads
  • Stay updated on company updates, processes, policies, and procedures
  • Recommend improvements to verifications team practices
  • Support departmental activities and projects
  • Comply with company standards in service, professionalism, ethics, and conduct
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by the business or leadership teams
